FAQ

What's the core difference between a monthly plan and pay-as-you-go?

Monthly plan: pay a fixed monthly fee for a fixed quota. Unused quota this month does not carry over — at the end of the billing cycle it resets and a fresh quota is issued. Best when usage is steady and predictable.
Pay-as-you-go: top up any amount and get matching quota, billed per-token at published rates. Balance never expires — ¥199 you top up today still works next year, balance just sits there. Best when usage is uneven, unpredictable, or you're still evaluating.

Are unused monthly plans refunded?

No. The model is "monthly subscription + monthly quota" — anything unused this cycle is voided and a fresh quota is issued the next cycle. If usage is unstable and you're worried about waste, pay-as-you-go (balance never expires) fits better.

What happens after a monthly plan is exhausted?

Depends on the plan setting: Starter plan stops cold (resume next month or by upgrading); Pro / Premium plans falls through to pay-as-you-go billing from your balance, no service interruption.

Can I switch or cancel a plan?

You can switch any time from the dashboard. Switching from a monthly plan back to PAYG takes effect immediately, and the already-charged monthly fee isn't refunded; upgrading a plan charges the new plan immediately and resets the cycle.

What happens if renewal fails?

We email you 7 days before renewal. If the wallet balance is too low at renewal time, a 72-hour grace window kicks in — during which service continues on PAYG billing; if you still haven't topped up after 72 hours, the account auto-downgrades to PAYG.

What payment methods are supported?

In China: Alipay, WeChat Pay. Gift codes and bulk redeem codes are also supported.
